Description

“This day shall be our day of reckoning. Look not to the shame of the past, but to the glory of the future. We shall wash away the stain of our dishonour in the hot blood of our enemies.”

The Sword Brethren are the greatest warriors within a Fighting Company of the Black Templars Space Marine Chapter and are organised as a part of the Crusade’s commanding Marshal’s Household, thus serving as the equivalent of a Codex Astartes-compliant Chapter’s Veteran 1st Company, though Sword Brethren elites exist within each of the companies of the Chapter. These Battle-Brothers are mighty heroes whose legend has become part of the Chapter’s long and illustrious history, and it is every Black Templars’ ambition to become one of their number.

The Black Templars are a Loyalist Second Founding Space Marine Chapter derived from the Imperial Fists’ gene-seed and their primarch, Rogal Dorn. Their origin can be traced back to the Imperial Fists’ defence of Terra during the Horus Heresy.

Since that time, the Black Templars have been on the longest Imperial Crusade the Imperium of Man has ever known to prove their loyalty to the Emperor of Mankind. They are not a Codex Astartes-compliant Chapter and maintain a very different Chapter structure and culture than is the norm amongst most of the Adeptus Astartes.

JOYTOY brings the Ultramarines from Warhammer 40k to life with this new series of 1/18 scale figures.

Each figure includes interchangeable hands and weapon accessories between 4″ and 6″ tall.
