Restriction of goods
Cataclysm Games reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same debit / credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied to an existing order. Cataclysm Games reserves the right to cancel any order without warning or notification for any reason.

Declining to Trade

By advertising goods on our website we are not offering goods for sale; we are making an invitation to treat. When you, the customer purchases items through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. It is then up to us if we accept the offer.
If we do not wish to accept your offer to purchase the goods, we will write to you as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after the offer is placed to inform you of our decision.
Order lost in transit

Please note that if you report your item as having not arrived, we reserve the right to resend the order rather than issue a refund. In the case that you are offered a resend, but refuse it, we reserve the right to deduct 50% from the refund value. This is purely to cover our losses in these unusual circumstances.

Please also note, where a customer places a non-tracked order, we will not to entertain future orders from any customers reporting their goods as missing, UNTIL Royal Mail returns the original goods to us as undelivered. All our packages have return address on them, so it is not possible for them to be completely lost without trace.
If you wish to avoid this circumstance, please use recorded, signed for or courier options – as these are all tracked and traceable and will prevent any hard feelings on either side.

Orders cancelled

You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods. If you choose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.
If returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to refuse the return outright.

Pre-order cancellations,

If you decide you must cancel your pre-order, we offer a full refund up until the day the goods are dispatched. Generally, unless there is a good reason or you are a long standing customer with plenty of successful orders with us, we will not entertain future business with you if you cancel a pre-order. This is because we cannot cancel your order with our supplier. Please keep this in mind when placing pre-orders on our website.

Orders returned due to incomplete address

It is the customers’ responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customers part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by the carrier. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the returns policy.

Errors on Orders / Shortages

We do our utmost to ensure accuracy on the shipments we send to you. However, on occasion something may go wrong with the packing. In the event that there is an error on your shipment you are required to notify us within 3 working days of such error, we will then put any problem right. If we do not hear from you within 3 working days of receipt of your parcel, it is assumed to have accepted the goods received are correct.

Quality Guarantee & Guarantee

Cataclysm Games provides quality products. All products we sell are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. All products will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated. With regards to boxed products, in some cases the original packaging may be crumpled or have suffered minor damage in some way, the product inside and cards (if applicable) will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated.
